Este Contrato de Licença de Software Proprietário ("Contrato") é um acordo legal entre você ("Usuário") e a Cowanbas ("Licenciante") para qualquer aplicativo móvel desenvolvido sob a marca Cowanbas ("Software"). Ao instalar, copiar ou usar o Software de outra forma, você concorda em cumprir os termos deste Contrato.
This Proprietary Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cowanbas ("Licensor") for any mobile application developed under the Cowanbas brand ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Sujeito aos termos e condições deste Contrato, o Licenciante concede ao Usuário uma licença pessoal, limitada, revogável, não exclusiva e intransferível para instalar e usar o Software estritamente para fins pessoais e não comerciais em um dispositivo compatível de propriedade ou controlado pelo Usuário.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants User a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device owned or controlled by User.

O SOFTWARE É FORNECIDO "COMO ESTÁ", SEM GARANTIA DE QUALQUER TIPO, EXPRESSA OU IMPLÍCITA, INCLUINDO, MAS NÃO SE LIMITANDO ÀS GARANTIAS DE COMERCIALIZAÇÃO, ADEQUAÇÃO A UM DETERMINADO FIM E NÃO VIOLAÇÃO. EM NENHUMA HIPÓTESE O LICENCIANTE SERÁ RESPONSÁVEL POR QUALQUER RECLAMAÇÃO, DANOS OU OUTRA RESPONSABILIDADE DECORRENTE DE, FORA OU EM CONEXÃO COM O SOFTWARE OU O USO OU OUTRAS NEGOCIAÇÕES NO SOFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Na medida em que qualquer Aplicativo envolva exercício físico, monitoramento de bem-estar ou atividades semelhantes, o Usuário reconhece e concorda que tais atividades carregam riscos inerentes de lesão física, trauma ou complicações de saúde. O Usuário assume total responsabilidade por sua própria saúde física e segurança. O Licenciante não se responsabiliza por qualquer lesão pessoal, dano físico ou comprometimento de saúde decorrente do uso do Software. É fortemente recomendado consultar um médico qualificado antes de iniciar qualquer programa de exercícios ou saúde.
To the extent any Application involves physical exercise, wellness tracking, or similar activities, User acknowledges and agrees that such activities carry inherent risks of physical injury, trauma, or health complications. User assumes full responsibility for their own physical health and safety during any related activity. Licensor shall not be liable for any personal injury, physical damage, or health impairment resulting from the use of the Software. It is strongly recommended to consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise regimen or health program.
Na máxima extensão permitida pela lei aplicável, em nenhuma hipótese o Licenciante será responsável por quaisquer danos indiretos, incidentais, especiais, punitivos ou consequenciais de qualquer natureza (incluindo, sem limitação, perda de dados, interrupção de negócios ou lesão pessoal) decorrentes de ou relacionados ao uso ou incapacidade de usar o Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.
Este Contrato será regido e interpretado de acordo com as leis da República Federativa do Brasil, sem considerar seus princípios de conflito de leis.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
